1) Major League Soccer (MLS) / EA Sports FIFA 20 North American Launch

 Major League Soccer hosted the North American launch party for its video game FIFA 20 at The Temple House.  The league partnered with event production agency BMF, United Projection, Electronic Arts, and Inter Miami Club De Futbol to create 360-degree projection mapped animations inspired by aspects of the game, specifically the VOLTA mode, which translates to 'return' in Portuguese, focusing more on street football rather than the traditional matches associated with the FIFA series. The room animations highlighted the street soccer themes with thematic urban graffiti, outdoor city walls and garage scenes.   This exclusive event, highlighting the intersection of soccer and culture, welcomed internationally recognized celebrities from the sports and gaming communities as well as a live performance from hip-hop sensation, GoldLink, who’s hit track, Zulu Screams is showcased FIFA 20.

Celebrities, EA SPORTS FIFA influencers and Inter Miami CF fans were among the first to get a copy of the FIFA 20 Champions Edition, and were also treated to a collection of customized, limited edition EA SPORTS and Inter Miami gear and the opportunity to play FIFA 20 against a series of eMLS pros.

2) NEON16 Presents: E-Sports Celebrity Tournament, Sponsored By Buchanan’s Whisky, Puma, Buddah Tek & Beats By Dre 

NEON16, and Lex Borrero, along with BMI and Latin Grammy award-winning producer, Tainy challenged their closest celebrity friends to an e-sports NBA2K basketball game showdown at The Temple House.   This exclusive NBA2K Basketball tournament from Neon 16 brought together music,  visual arts, lifestyle, and connection of gaming all under one roof.  Through the use of projection mapping, the guests and players were digitally transported to a customized, photo-realistic basketball stadium, to urban street graphics, abstract designs, music videos from Neon 16 artists, and branded VJ visuals that encompassed the sporty, tech, fiery Latin vibe of the evening.

 Internationally recognized superstars Steve Aoki, Jhay Cortez, Wisin, Rauw Alejandro, Alvaro Diaz, Upscale Vandal, Janelle Rodriguez, Leli Hernandez, Lennox, Miky Woodz and Noah all traded in their mics for Xbox controllers to play NBA2K for the championship playoff. Tainy won the industry bragging rights as this year’s winner of the tournament.
